Wanted specific service at which Pepper excels, and wanted reliable top quality experience. Had some trouble reaching Pepper by phone but persistence paid off. She seemed more anxious than usual, and turned me away at the door because she didn't recognize me (new glasses). As I was driving off she called me back to apologize and let me in because I had acted normal / sane.
