Review: Mikko

General Details

I made phone contact with Mikko and found her to be rather pleasant on the phone. After setting up an early morning appointment, I had to cancel due to being stuck in traffic. She was very understandable and not rude when I called to cancel. I ended up contacting her later in the day and set up another appointment which I kept.
