Lana was easy to contact and easy to connect with. We had many texts as she was coming to NYC and once she was settled we got together. Hotel was OK but cell service was weak so last text and call was time consuming. Once the door opened I was very happy. Non VIPS Lana is worth the money and the time, VIPs read on.
