This lady is the real deal!! I’m not new to the hobby but new to this site so I did a search to find someone who had very good and consistent reviews, Kloe Star / Rachelle’s just “jumped out” at me. I’m so happy it did! Went back to TER to get her website and found she was working that day in Hunt Valley. Setting up the appointment was easy, a couple of texts telling me when she would be available and another text with the location of the hotel and time. When I arrived I called to let her know. She sent text with room number and asking how I would like her to dress.
