General Details

This appointment almost didn't happen, even though I had booked weeks in advance and confirmed the night before. I had to ask for an early morning time slot as it was on a weekday, and it was a two hour drive each way to her location. When I tried calling during my entire commute (as instructed), and many times after I rolled into town, it wasn't until after we were supposed to start that she finally picked up. She offered an apology... Overslept after driving in the night before. She basically said catch you next time I'm in town, until I explained what I went through to get there and she agreed to meet me in 45 minutes. Once I finally got in, it went OK, but just OK...
