I sent Kate a text and after a few texts to verify I set up an appointment. Easy to get in touch with, easy to schedule, but she was a little late. When I opened the door a gorgeous redhead was standing there smiling. She came in and we chatted. Non-Vip good experience, but probably won't repeat.
