General Details
This was my first time using Boston International, and it was not an auspicious start. I arranged to meet Josy at 1:30 PM at her hotel. I arrived 25 minutes early and texted BI that I was there, early, and requested Josy's room number when she was ready. I waited 20 minutes, received no rely, and sent another text. Still no reply, so at 1:30 I called. It was then that I was told that Josy had not received the appointment message and was not at the hotel, but was en route back. She would be at least 30 minutes late. I feel that BI should have communicated this problem to me via a text earlier, but, in the end, Josy was worth the wait.
