I call looking for a last minute appointment. She was easy to reach and very friendly. She verified me and gave me directions. When I arrived I was a little pissed about the Parking charge and let her know. She was not aware of the parking charge and offered to subtract it off her charge. Very sweet girl and I do recommend.
