Called Jada a couple of times and got her voicemail. Left a message but she didn't call back. Finally she picked up. She was available in half an hour so I went to her hotel in Midtown. Usual 2-call setup. When I arrived she was relaxed and friendly. Some providers are all about business, but not Jada. Maybe because she is from California. We got comfortable and...
