General Details
Spent about a month back and forth with Jax via email before our schedules worked out. She is prompt, professional and courteous over the email exchanges. We finally agreed on a earlyish AM appointment in her apartment in NW DC. Parking and finding the complex is simple, so is entry if you're on the phone with her while walking up. Overall a decent time...VIPs read on.
