Isabel had a couple (pretty good) reviews and a few hits on the discussion boards, so I decided to break my 3-reviews or more rule for this Vegas trip. Very glad I did. I corresponded with Isabel via some brief emails a week ahead of my trip and confirmed via VM the day of the appointment. Isabel returned the call, confirmed the time and was on time. I met Isabel for coffee, rushed past security and went upstairs where we chatted a while. Then it was down to business...
