Found myself in Richmond, desparately needing a massage. Noticed the reviews for Gem and filled out the online appointment request on her website. She replied via e-mail and I made the call to confirm. Had a morning appointment at her studio/office. The initial reason for this visit was to get a good massage and Gem does not dissappoint. Gem is an expert at relaxation.
