Delicia is in my opinion the best new touring provider... she responds to her emails promptly and screening was a snap...our appointment was made a week in advance and she diligently kept in contact with updates...when the day finally arrived, i was standing in the doorway of her 4+ star hotel, anxiously awaiting to meet her....
