General Details

I called Chelsea on a Sunday afternoon; she got back with me later that evening. We agred to meet the next morning, but she would not commit to a time. I was pleased when she answered the phone the next morning, but things quickly went downhill once I arrived. Absolutely will not repeat, as this provider is not able to effectively manage her time or make good choices in life. VIPs read on.
