General Details

Emailed back and forth for months. Finally found a day and time that worked. Belle is in downtown Minneapolis and had me wait at a local coffee shop. Texted her from there and she told me to go across the street to an apartment building. She told me she would meet me at the lobby entrance and let me in. Waited 5 minutes before she came down.
