Based on TER reviews called on a Monday to set a Wednesday appointment. Got voicemail and she returned the call a short time later. Set a time for Wed. and she gave me the general location. On Wed. called 30 min. before scheduled time and received directions to exact location. Told me to park by the pool and she met me outside.
