Recently in orlando for annual conference, had the chance to meet with Bliss. I called in the morning (she picks up) and got appointment same day at a middle tier hotel near I-drive. Called Bliss from the lobby and received instructions on where to go next. For non VIP, Bliss is highly recommended.
