Was able to book an appointment with Alix on the phone after trying a few times. She seemed to ramble on and was distracted at times, we had to postpone the first time because she had a appointment with the doctor. Was waiting outside her hotel for 30 mins for her to give the room number. Experience was average overall; non-VIPs, I wouldn't repeat.
