Tried to book several years ago - was confirmed by Sedona herself but when I called to reconfirm after arriving in Phoenix was told by you or your predecessor that there was no appointment booked.  Was left hung out to dry - so left a bad taste in my mouth so will never try to book again.  

Your tone was quite condescending and arrogant when I tried to clear it up.
