A young Provider that I know has run into the Hobby's most feared encounter, legally. She is very fearful, and does not know where to turn. She knows that she needs an attorney, with the appropriate legal subject matter expertise. She's counting on the support, encouragement, advice and knowledge of the Hobby community to point her towards an appropriate attorney. Some have e-mailed, wanting to know the specific problem. The problem is that the Provider was issued a citation and wants to do everything possible to make sure it does not appear on her record, and that her family does not find out about her activities, or the citation.
