Would you mind naming the restaurant you are referring too? I've spent quite a bit of time in Japan and developed an affinity for authentic Tempura which is quite difficult to find in my area however I do visit Orange County quite often.

I know that life has us all in the fast line, and sometimes we don't have time to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal.
