...I'm tired of looking at all this flat land year round)  Thinking about moving your area for some 6 months per year to enjoy mtns, leaf season weeks, etc, how about getting your bottom ready for me to fill up, OOPS!  I meant bottom part of house, i.e. basement) There will be half a dozen locks on the door from the basement to the upper parts of the house----I don't want to go broke the first month that I'm there;P~~~
