I'd like to thank everyone for the responses to my recent posts.  There are a lot of thinking, caring people here.   I would like to clear up one last thing about my posts.    

If I appeared to be helpless or hopeless I apologize.   I only wanted to make the point that the problems that we face cane happen to providers so slowly that the damage can be done before we notice and to that I was posting a word to the wise.
