Has this ever happened? Does someone from staff actually check the P&R board to ensure this rule is followed?
From the top of the page, it also states:
"Abuse of the board's privilege for posting any message unrelated to the forum's topic is strictly prohibited and grounds for BANISHMENT from TER "
Is it believable that someone would be banned from TER simply for posting a message that was off-topic to P&R?
