They have thier own separate profile. Not sure why they cant be on both. If I pull up provider Jane Doe I should see all her reviews at one shot, not have to go to a separate profile. I guess its a software issue?

Forgive me if I misunderstood, I believe you mean her TER profile. When a doubles review posts it essentially is it's own "new" profile containing the stats and info of the first lady mentioned, even though individually the provider (s) already had an existing one. The reviewer will enter your 2-girl rate, which of course may be viewed in the double's profile of the 2 ladies.
