...and protection.  They're called "Max" and they are manufactured by the government of South Africa.  They were introduced by the Deputy President of South Africa in a speech to Parliament.  He said the new condoms were introduced because people complained that the old government-issued condoms did not smell good and "made a noise" when they were used.
