Vitamin D, ginseng tea and goji berries.

I've been on these for about three years, and I think they have kept this almost 60 year old on an even keel.

Don't underestimate exercise and rest, and keeping your weight and blood pressure in line.

Stay hydrated too.  We let our organs rot from not enough water.  Four glasses a day, minimum.
