I'm sorry but for me life just doesn't work that way that I can be "Available Now."  I've tried, but it will never happen.  I have to plan everything, every single day.  I don't know how anyone can function any other way.

So sure it's automatically on all my profiles on those type boards, but it's really meaningless for me.  
Additionally, I prefer to spend time with gentleman who really want to see me, and not just a nameless faceless "Next" on a list.
