It's not unusual, people from every walk of life blame others for their shortcomings/faults.

I don't know if you can describe it in more depth Kathy (I sure hope you can); but what do you mean by "she has a serious personality problem" and "lack of common sense". I hope you can shed some light on this. This new Fishin work, just doesn't seem to fit Teri Weigel!

Kathy is 100% spot on....I've been employed by two companies that tried to work with Teri (for those that dont know me here I'm in marketing for an adult company) and it was less than pleasant......she could have been the next big thing but is a nightmare to deal with....I'll leave it at that
