Yes. Just email the TER admin. But it can be a double edged sword.

There's no sure way to tell if a provider was banned by TER or
was asked to be delisted.  Also, it can be hard to reverse if
they should change their mind in the future.

Can providers request that reviews of them NOT be posted here? Some actually don't want the publicity.
