Do you like to have a phone conversation before your date or
Text when you arrive for room #?
Your thoughts if any?
on the phone for 15 - 30 minutes before a date was set.
I think many gals see this as part of their screening system
That has changed in recent years and presently I rarely have so much as a thirty second phone call with a lady before knocking at her door. I seem to make all my appointments through the P 411 PM system and then texts from there.
and yes, I know that the PM system is not supposed to be used for actually booking appointments, but that's how I like to do it and it's rare that a woman directs me to the appointment request tab.
Whatever talking is to be done, will be behind closed doors. Sometimes I find that phone convos are a bit forced and semi-awkward.
...is when I call her from the hotel lobby to get the room number.
Sometimes we speak for the first time when I am entering the room.

I'd probably scare you off before you get to my door step.
Hi There
It all depends on the each booking.
Alley
I rarely talk by phone to providers these days as most communication is by text before date. However, I will usually spend first 10 min during date just talking and building a rapport and I find this connection building leads to a much better experience for me and makes the provider more comfortable with me.
It's really up to the lady. Some prefer to visit on the phone a little before meeting a gent. And I probably like that as well.
But not a biggie.
Some like a text , others don't
Some are strictly email
I'm OK with whatever makes her most comfortable

You can tell a lot about somebody by the way they present themselves on the phone!! and every time I have gotten a bad feeling after taking to a client I have always been right... I will cancel outright if they sound sketchy even after screening.....

I like to talk to the gal when I arrive. It's always fun to prolong the inevitable, and I'm more comfortable when I've conversed for a little bit first.
I don't even like to talk to my friends and family on the phone. Only text and email. If somebody made me talk on the phone before a date I would cancel. I am busy and I do all my dates in the day time. It would be hard to receive a call from a Provider while I am at work.
For sure...Common conversation incl. $, time, start time, address..
