This girl together with her partner(s) in crime has been doing it for several years now. Very surprised that she hasn't been stopped yet. I almost ended up as one of her victims as well, but luckily read the reviews at very last moment.
That does take balls. There are guys out there that would book a new appointment from a new number for the sole purpose of dishing out some street justice.
