ed still with cialis

Love Goddess, first I have to say I love your advice and this board.  This topic has been covered so many times but I need it again.
Had a session with the prettiest provider I have ever been with and had ed problems.
I have a spinal problem and take lots of medicine as well as blood pressure elevation due to chronic pain.  Also reaching 50 so i certainly have reason for ed.  This was the first I had ed with a provider even though my last encounter I went soft in changing positions and the provider finished me with bbbjcim to get me stiffer and finished.
I went into this worried ( pretty girl, lots of money) and not only took a cialis 2 hours prior also took a 1/2 viagra one hour later.  Never got the normal headache.  Anyhow I pleased her and really enjoyed it but I had trouble as she tried with her hand to get me going.  I finally did but again lost it as we changed positions.  I love missionary so i can control things but it causes pain ( cervical spine) so cowgirl is easier.
I have in my encounters with providers seemed to get hard with a bj and this provider only used her hand,Could that have any thing to do with it?
I recently put all my cialis in one bottle.  I wonder if I got on older pill they might have had its effectiveness expire.  What is a normal time for it to lose its effectiveness?  Most medicines list one year on the bottle but I know one year is not entirely accurate.
Have you ever heard of ed still happening after cialis use?  Could using the viagra also have played a part?
I know one answer is go to the doctor but their answer is you have a physical problem and this is normal.  I want an answer a little better than that.
I know health problems play a part, I also might have been too energetic about meeting her.  Depression can also play a part as I again have a reason for this, even could feel guilty as I have feelings of attraction toward a newly met female.  I even wondered about the masterbating before and tried not to for a  couple of days.
It has been a long time since I have had a civilian relationship so the provider is my only option so there is months between experiences.  I might could experiment with a SO and would not worry as much but I had to spend disability money with a provider and not get to complete the deed even though i had a great time with the provider and enjoyed pleasing her ( I hope).
I have watched a lot of porn lately while masterbating and even wonder if this could play a part.  My erections had been very strong for the the last three months since being allowed to began working out at a gym but the last two weeks it has not been as strong.  No new medicines but i did stop taking releven lately
A little of topic I wonder if ed occurs more often with providers than SO's because of the things involved ( worrying about getting caught, money, lack of famiularity).
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank You

Let's preface this with the following, bkbcoach,

I AM NOT A PHYSICIAN. Hence, I cannot give you any medical advice. But I believe your results come from "all of the above." I am clueless as to why anyone administering Cialis would also take Viagra. That would seem completely unnecessary.

As to the "old Cialis," check the expiration date. I have no idea how old these pills were, so I can't say.

Anyone with nerve damage will always have difficulty with ED. That is the phyisiological hallmark of ED and medication does not always help.

Does ED occur more with providers than SOs? Depends. It's VERY individual. Certainly, situational ED due to anxiety over performance does happen. But then again, some men get so energized over meeting a new person that the penis goes into the air almost immediately.

Yes, please lay off masturbating at least a couple of weeks prior to seeing a provider. Porno itself may not affect you that much, but yep, Rosy Palm will. The brain quickly gets habituated to that type of manual stimulation coming from YOU.

If you like bj's, then please ask for bj's. Certainly more intimate than handjobs, and yes, that could have something to do with it. The brain can get very anxious if you depart from something rather habitual. Then again, some brains love that and get all hot and bothered! Although that's generally in the category of doing something MORE intense, i.e. going from handjob to bj, not the other way around.

But the biggest thing in all this is going into something "WORRIED," which is what you did, unfortunately. That's HUGE! That will put a damper on almost any encounter. Which is why a lot of men go to providers who may not be "prestigious" or rock their boat visually so much, but still manage to provide a helluva good time, just because of their enthusiasm, and the fact that the guy isn't feeling so awed and subjected to 'stunner vibes.'

Also, in relation to your last comment about getting caught, money, lack of familiarity, etc: yep, all those issues are anxiety provokers and will contribute to situational ED. My final advice: try to pick a provider who isn't so...high profile, if all these things play a part. There are plenty of girls out there with a more "casual" image. They can still be pretty and very exciting, but their m.o. is not necessarily to be so high-flying.

Good luck,
the Love Goddess

Yeah, isn't it wonderful when you have both physical ED, due to age, and mental ED due to anxiety. It's a real bitch, I'll tell you! That's where I'm at now. Meds work fantastic while masturbating, but not with real sex. I have no answers, so I just enjoy what I can.
