I have to take testosterone under a doctor's care because of a very low testosterone level. I take a larger than normal daily gel dosage (but certainly not anything like the amount that steroid users take. My question is related to my testicles. As with all steroid (testosterone)users, my testicles have shrunk, to half their original size or less. What do women and providers think of having small balls?

I like them. Shave those babies and I will LOVE them. Smaller balls are easier to take completely in my mouth, which is fun - but only if they have been shaved. Take advantage of your situation and make them too tempting to resist by presenting a lady with smooth balls just begging to be cuddled and nuzzled.
well i have a tender spot in my heart for all manly bit, no matter their size. however i have to be honest and say that for certain things "heftier" testicles are nicer, such as doggie. i also don't mind working hard to stuff a well-endowed sac into my mouth...but eh, maybe i'm getting too graphic there, lol.
honestly though as long as they aren't drooping to your knees, it doesn't really matter. and most women would probably prefer them on the smaller side as that does make some oral activities easier.

you are using Androgel....which I do...do NOT get the gel anywhere near your groin. There are plenty of warnings on the documentation about that..and your doctor should have warned you.
Rub the gel only on your chest and upper arms.
I've been taking it for about 2 years and have not experienced this.

transferred accidentally to the lady. Due to a head injury while I was in the Army in my late teens, my pituitary gland was damaged, which caused me to have a gradual lessening of hormone production, including testosterone. It wasn't caught until my early thirties when my symptoms, including gradually worsening ED, started to become unbearable. I was prescribed Androgel as a treatment, but was specifically warned about not letting it transfer onto my wife because it would have very negative side effects for her.
The Androgel helped me with my all around mood and energy, but was not very successful for my ED. I had just about given up on sexual happiness until viagra and it's progeny was developed. I still consider those drugs to be akin to miracles.
