With that being said, how would any us us know? Through a computer non the less. Go to a DR. Could be nothing, could be something. There is no way any one of us knows that answer. You should be getting routinely tested for everything anyway if your sexually active.

Hi all,

I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar situation in their life or advice to share.  Anyhow recently I was with a woman and we did some kissing and I performed DATY on her.  Nothing out of the ordinary everything looked good.  Anyhow a few days later I've got this sore throat that feels like I've been yelling all day which I have not been (that type of sore, not like a cold).  It gets better in the day but when I wake up it feels the same (no improvement from the day before).  It's been nagging me for a few days now so I went to see a doctor and they did a strep test which was negative, I have no fevers, and they did not see anything out of the ordinary.  Overall I feel great except for this.  Do you think it's me being paranoid or has anyone here had a similar situation they could shed any light on?

Thanks

DO you snore or sleep with your mouth open ?  That can cause what you are experiencing..

There are literally a bunch of things that would give you these symptoms, and the lowest down on the list is eating pussy.
Those things are:
-allergies
-post-nasal drip
-sinusitis
-rhinitis

The weather is changing pretty drastically in most parts of the country; I'm dealing with allergies right now myself.

Take some allergy pills and get some decongestants. If your symptoms don't subside within a week or two, check back with your doctor. Search symptoms for oral thrush, oral chlamydia, etcetera. If you have those symptoms, see your doctor.

I don't really think it's anything as the doctor doesn't but it was causing me to have somewhat of a concern so I figured I'd ask as I've never got anything either so I didn't know if what I was saying sounded like a cardinal sign to somebody else that might be more in the know than I.

I've been told that I occasionally snore and I'm not sure if sleep with my mouth open, but I think I do.  I've never had this type of feeling before though (except for screaming at concerts and stuff which I haven't done anything like that lately).

I think you're right MissErinBlack.  I just took some motrin and sudafed so hopefully it will help with the issue.  Plus who knows maybe I was about to get something and DATY helped to provide a lubricating barrier to soothe my throat.

I appreciate the advice all.
