Can anyone comment on the general validity/honesty of providers in publications such as the Boston Phoenix. Your not going to get pictures, websites, or reviews like TER, but they must be some general consensus. I just have a bad feeling that they're a bit deceptive. Comments?
Not all the ads are deceptive, we have quite a few in the Pheonix

I have seen many girls from the Phoenix, I can tell you which are rip offs for the most part. Have to be real careful. Wasted some money the hard way, but now I know. I also know some hidden gems in there.
Could you recommend someone from the "hidden gem" pool ?

It's total hit or miss with the Phoenix, in my experiences. The big trick is figuring out which ads are from which agencies or providers -- they often use several different numbers and identities, so you end up calling the same people without meaning to.
As a general rule, avoid the small-print classifieds and go with the actual half/quarter/etc. page advertisements. But a lot of these, too, are the same companies using different fronts. You might try Premiere, or Lynsey's, both of which have been around for years and are run by women.
Man, back in the day (about a decade ago), you could dial Lynsey's or whoever and for $150 have a date with a gorgeous slender student. The prices are about double now, and the quality is way down. Still there are some very cute girls, and at this point, at least to me, anything's better than the overpriced silicone coming from Florida.
