If a person wants to avoid such a provider they will become aware of this situation as soon as they click on her profile.

The only other reason for this is if someone wants to see a rogues gallery of such providers but why I can't fathom.  It's like taring a whole class of providers for no good reason.

There are many different reasons why certain providers go long periods of time without having a new review, so it's not like it would prove anything.

Seems to me a bad idea to do such a thing.
