END OF MESSAGE

Do you mean the % of guys actually looking for fun versus the total that are posting/looking?

I am assuming that we are talking about active posters and whether or not you should really give a rat's *ss what the posters say.

I have no basis for my guess other than my perception of the posts.  Many of them - even some I disagree with - seem to have a ring of truth to them which echoes my experiences.  Many do not.

In the not customers category, I would include wannabe pimps.... which you see on at least the ATL board on a regular basis.  But that's pretty obvious.   Can't imagine that there isn't an LE presence on the boards as well.   Probably mostly lurkers though.

Additionally, in the "not customers" category, I would include potential customers.  I lurked for several years before taking the plunge.  Though I didn't post either....

Many of the customers may not be not frequent fliers either.  I am a once a month kind of guy myself when I am able.

That being stated - just because posters are customers doesn't mean they aren't sh*ts who will give you grief just because they can....  As I think this thread illustrates.....  On the other hand the OP was low hanging fruit for a smart *ss reply - tough to resist for some....

Further - just because you are a troll - doesn't mean you aren't a customer....

rom Wikipedia (yeah.... I know its not exactly authoritative but you gotta start somewhere...) In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people,[1] by posting inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[4]

Being a troll does not exclude a person from being a customer and looking for p*ssy; just means he's an @ssh*le.  The ability to pay a provider for service and get screened is not a very high bar....

That being said - while I am always interested in P4P - I don't post stuff on these boards to hunt for it.  I post because it's an interesting community and it amuses me to participate in it.... trolls and all....  though I must admit that the trolls do get tiresome on occasion

using basic economics (say, 20:1?)... And SWAGing that 20% or less are trolls
