The difference is when you have a plumber, electrician, or other professional come to your home, you have a wide variety of recourses to choose from if there is a problem. Bad service? Report the guy to the company. Petty theft? Call the cops and report the guy to the company he works for. Company give you the brush off after you complain? Call the BBB.

What recourse do you have when something goes wrong with a provider? None. Sure, if she works for an agency, you can complain to the agency. But what incentive does the agency have to be responsive to your complaints? Little. Maybe lodging a complaint will get the matter adressed, maybe it won't.

What if she steals from you? Are you going to call the cops?

What if the girl who shows up looks nothing like her photo? Do you want an enraged female standing in your front yard making a scene for the neighbor's entertainment because you refused to see her?

What if you give her a bad review, and she becomes a stalker? Again, are you going to call the cops?

Having a provider you don't know come to your home opens you up to a number of potential problems. But if it is a lady you have met, and feel comfortable with, then feel free to open your home to her if you want to. Just do be aware of the potential consequences, and your limited ability to respond if something goes wrong.

First of all, a word of thanks to all of the responders to this board, particularly the regulars (you know who you are). As a newbie, your wisdom and experience has been invaluable, and I am grateful to you for taking the time to share your knowledge with the board.

Now, something has been puzzling me. I've read many a posting on this and other TER boards cautioning about having a provider visit you in your home. Assuming that you live alone, are not in a relationship, etc, and that the provider is established and well-reviewed and willing, then what's the big deal? As far as LE risks are concerned, this has to be by far the safest option.

Don't we invite other types of providers (painters, plumbers, repairmen) into our home all the time? We probably know less about what to expect from them than from a well-revived and established lady, no?

establish a good relationship with a well-reviewed lady there is no reason what so ever to not invite her to your home.
I think you were cautionend on not well reviewed ladies, newer ladies or even to get to know a well reviewed lady outside of your home first.
have fun.

I agree with Lisette.

The biggest issue is really knowing and trusting the lady with knowing where you live.

I understand that there is an element of risk any time you invite a stranger into your home. However, that does not stop us from picking up the phone and having all manner of service providers visit us - real estate agents, painters, financial planners, repairmen, whatever, the list is endless. And while I've vetted these people, I don't have any relationship with them at all when I hire them. Yet many of these folks will spend far more hours around the proverbial silverware than the provider will. I'm not really that concerned that these people now "know who I am and where I live". So why is the standard different for a provider? Am I missing something?

I've had many providers to my home. I hadn't met most of them beforehand. Some were even new or unreviewed. If I had opted to see them elsewhere and given then my real name to screen, they could easily find out where I live anyway. The internet has made it very easy to locate homeowners. An assessor record search by name takes a minute.

Just don't do anything to make them hate you. That probably includes writing a bad review. If you've hurt a chick's livelihood, she might want to seek some revenge. SOME are unlike other professionals in that way. No big deal. If you get a clunker, just don't write a review.

You can't compare them to plumbers and painters. They are legal entities and providers are not.

It makes no difference if they are well reviewed or established. You need to keep as much privacy as possible. All it takes is one bad review or one bad incident, and you may regret it.

This is my personal opinion and policy. There will be some who will disagree me, and I accept that.

developed a very trusting relationship with an ATF, then the possibility might present itself to entertain in your own crib.

I would never see a lady in my home that I have not met previously.  Too many things can go wrong.  She has financial issues, her man says pay up or else, she says I know where you can find some easy loot, etc.

As we all know, some ladies can not be trusted otherwise this site would not be so important and RO's, B & S, C & D, etc. would not exist.

As described above this is not legal.  All sorts of blackmail, extortion, thefts, assaults are possible.  Why take the risk?  Once you have had a successful meeting...  preferably with a well reviewed provider...  if I was single, I'd allow a date (civie or provider) into my home.  I found out years later that my ex had gone through my desk, bank book on her first visit to my home.  She was in love with the bank book, not me...  a 50k mistake.
I routinely visit Favs in their homes but there is a cover story & always act respectful.

attracted to.

If you go for the young, edgy, immature type with as many issues as tattoos, well, you could be in for a lot of drama, at least.

On the other hand there are many stable ladies with a lot invested in their persona's, their careers. Some are college educated, have slick sites, above average rates, some will tell you about their kids, everybody knows them, and they have a great reputations. You know what I mean.

and that was after numerous incall meetings her her place.. No other escort is invited to my home. Period!

who you have seen many times and trust. I'm not married so I have nothing to hide from my neighbors. You have to use good judgment. I do have a few "reminders" that have been left at my condo. One thong, one pair of white cotton panties (my fav), and one small pocket vibrator LOL...
