and you are not pleased with the service, you would be correct in bringing to the attention of management your disappointment. Hopefully at that point, they would choose to see that you received satisfaction. In short , call the agency and express  your dissatifaction and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. We are fortunate in the valley to have great agency owners, I beleve as business owners they deserve the opportunity to make it right before you take it to the public. Sounds like common courtesy to me.

As suggested in the post above, bringing your concern and/or disappointment directly to the attention of the owner would be an appropriate first step, if you haven't done so already.

Write your reviews of the girls - see if they stick. Rate them honestly, heck, if you posted this and feel this way, I'd make sure I drop them a notch or two (because anyone caring enough to post will probably overrate to be nice)to neutralize all the great reviews that caused you a loss. Yea, there wil be those that throw out the low and high, but I always read the low ones and see if it is real. And Phoenix is the toughest area to get a real sense as the reviews are higher than average. Tight community apparently.

And the loss is not just financial. This is not a bad meal. This is a personal experience that will sway you from other pleasurable moments. And there are many ladies out there that do provide them. And I would hate for you to miss one.

Desert Divas - has a few good ones for sure
AZ Confidential - I recommend all of them
HIPS - Has some limitations YMMV
Mystique - A few are can't miss, some are YMMV
Club TLC - Same as Mystique - but at their price point, after trying a few, I have stayed clear - too much YMMV

Mystique and CLub TLC girls feel scripted - come in, do the same things, leave. Not much fantasy but you do get the O.

Indies - some greast ones for sure - Isabella, Jasmine, MaryBeth, Piper, .. for me - most the others fall out of my taste buds or are too hard to schedule with or a bit different than portrayed photogenicaly.

Remember - an agency is mostly a booking company. Yes, they DO KNOW about their bad performers. DO they get rid of them? No. Having a variety allows for more apeal to a lot of guys. Like some "restaurants", you are just one customer of many bookings per week. Yea, they will make it right, but you will remember you tried twice, which is more than fair, and had two bad experiences. If they give you your money back and you can try a girl from another agency, that is the best solution. If they recommend someone else from DD, ask yourself why?

I mean, if a restaurant knew they were deliverng bad food ocasionally and waited for a complaint, would I keep going back? I think not...

But that is a hobbiest opinion...

By and large we're blessed with a number of excellent agencies, based on my personal experience with all of them I'd say that given the chance any of them (not just Paul at DD) would have worked with you. Given your initial encounter I'm a bit suprised you'd book a 2nd gal without a frank and candid discussion.

Over the years I've seen well over 50 gals from all of the major agencies and NEVER had a phone call from the agency mid session. Most of the gals check in and then turn thier phones off.


Now...

Looking at your reviews I do think you've got a higher standard then is the norm in Phoenix (where I think we have issues in that regard) so do a degree that might explain the "looks" element. However I must say that I've never had a substandard "performance" grade from a DD gal and only 1 ever out of the 50 (and god was it bad).

So in answer, some of it is YMMV, some of it is a question of expectations and regional variation and some just doesnt make sense...

I used to work at desert divas, I think when I worked there, my service was just as good as it is now... sometimes girls have bad days, too, which should be taken into consideration. When I worked there the girls that I had the chance to meet were well deserving of their reviews. Vanessa is one of them. There are a lot of new girls there now that I've not met, though. All the old favorites are now at AzCon, where before they were mixed between the two. What you might want to do is call paul or scott and tell them exactly what you're looking for in a girl. Or, go through the "search reviews" section of TER and fill in the details of what you're looking for there, and skim through the results that pull up, based on the consistency of reviews. That should give you a wider range of options for providers in the area.

Bummer, have Vanessa on my "To Do" list.  I use DD and their sister agency, AZC when I travel to Phx.  Over the past 2 yrs the girls I have seen consistently rate 8-9.  I did have one poor experience, with an unreviewed provider.
Something I have noticed:  A year ago, virtually all the girls profile indicated BBBJ and CIM. Recently I see some girls that offer only covered BJ's and of those who provide BBBJ's, many have a "No" or "Don't know" for CIM.

Honestly, I have had only one experience with either DD or AZC that was anyhing less than entirely memorable, and the best experience of my life came from 2 girls (at the same time) from DD.  The one time I ever had a less than perfect experience (and, by no means was it bad), Scott and Paul saw to it that it never happened again.
These guys are professionals, and they are honest and trustworthy men, in my couple of years of experience with them.  If you haven't discussed it with them, I feel sure that when you do, they will make it right.
For me, the best experiences are to be found from well reviewed agency girls, and while they're more expensive than Craigslist, you always know you'll have a good time.
Sorry it didn't work out well for you with the ones you saw.  I would be really surprised, though, if Paul doesn't make this right.

The big Three are Great.  I say that without seeing one agency girl.  To me it is all about the person and the relationship I build with that person.  That pretty much is not what agencies are about.  They select the girls they think their customer base will like.  Keeps you safe and you should expect a certain standard.  If you don't receive it tell the boss.  I would.

If you know me you know I know my share of girls and have a certain understanding of what goes on.

If you don't have the time to do the research or have to much to risk.
My choices would be Rose, Taylor and Jack.  I call them THE BIG THREE.
