If your friend were crossing at Otay (instead of San Ysidro) he might reach one of the major hotels in 20 minutes.  Although that's an optimistic travel time.

Some of the "love motels" like La Mansion have girls on call.  When I've checked into La Mansion alone very quickly the phone rings asking if I want company.  They send some chicas to me allowing me to choose the one I want.  

After questioning them, none has provided GFE sessions so I've never picked any of them.  While the girls were decent looking, they weren't anything better than can be found in any of the bars like HK or AB.  (Not my definition of hot women in looks or service.)

Girls working at the Luxor massage parlor often visit men staying at the Pueblo Amigo.  Escorts visit men staying at many upscale hotels.  However, this is very different than a "hotel [that] supplies a choice of hot women."

La Mansion is not in the $150.00 a night price range; even when the dollar was in the toilet it was under $50.00 a night.  I have never heard of any Tijuana hotel in the $150.00 a night range that "supplies a choice of hot women."

I think your friend is "puffing."  Either he's making things up or he's stretching something like staying at La Mansion into something that is unreal.
