Sounds more typical of 20 than of escorts...altho maybe more typical of young girl escorts. However, I have to say that most young girls I've met seem to have a kid in the background - or tuition, or a need/desire to invest in something for the future. I've met a few that are in it for cars and pretty nails...but by and large they weren't independents.
It's easy to get lost in the money for a short time...eventually, that gets old as hell.
