The United States is still the best country to ive in. The unfortunate thing is that the politicians in DC are a bunch of f--kups. Both parties have messed our country up.
The leadership from the White House is a joke. I did vote for GWB but he like his old man did not have the balls to finish the job in Iraq. He did not send enough troops in to seal that country up like a drum. What happened was the they let the enemy breath and catch their breath and this has been the problem. Now the whole thing has been drawn out way too long.
The only way we should ever do anything with the
military is to engage the enemy with an over- welming force. So there is no way in hell they can come back. This si the problem with politician running a war.
As far as gas prices our country should be much more self sufficient and drilling for oil on our own soils. The next time one of your tree hugging friends opens thier mouth thank them for the $4.00/gallon gas prices.
Next, this ethynol gas is a joke. It takes more energy to product it and from using all the corn we've seen the price of corn almost quadruple. Thus everything or part of the food business that uses corn in any way shape or form has had huge increase in cost. Beef, dairy and now chicken have been negatively affected. The ethanol prgram is a farce.

You can do something about the high gas prices. Cut back on Driving. Walk or use a bike for short trips. As of today I have walked 20.4 miles, lost 4 lbs of weight, and saved $5.60 by not driving my SUV. These trips are short from 2 to 5 miles round trip.
