This whole Philly guys cancelling thing goes both ways…
This is like the 3rd time in the last year or so a well reviewed provider or agency has decided to cancel their tour. This is after confirming appointments . I only get one day off in the middle of the week and it sucks when I take the time to schedule an appointment. I Get verified and find out less than 24hrs before the appointment that I am not going to be able to meet.
I had an appointment to see a well reviewed provider today that I scheduled and received a confirmation on Fri of last week. On Monday I hadn’t heard anything from the provider so I decided to call to confirm our AM. appointment. Phone goes straight to VM. I sent a text still no response around 7:30pm I send an e-mail. At 9:30pm I get a response from her scheduler
Due to unforeseen circumstances, XXXX had to cancel her Philadelphia trip.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience that this caused. XXXX will be scheduling Philadelphia
in March, as soon as I get those dates I will email you so you can pre-book.

If I hadn’t sent an email who knows when or if I would have found out. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I won't put the provider on blast but that is totally unacceptable. I put this out there as I am so tired of hereing about how Philly guys cancel too much.....Can the guys do better in regsards to keeping said appointments. YES.....but please dont think that it doesnt go both ways.
