OTOH= On the other hand. That is a general acronym, not just particular to sex sites.
BBFS, (usually only used on sex sites like this) = bare back full service, = vaginal sex without a condom

I was good for the ocassion, but now I know why condoms are men's wort nightmare.  You barely feel anything; I thought I was going limp but when I pulled out just to see, I was still rock hard.  Hhmm so I guess first times are let downs huh.  At least I lasted for the whole hour and she had some clean smelling tussie.

Seriously there is no doubt that condoms do tend to block sensation, and I usually don't come in them, but remove them and prefer to find interesting places to finish, with the gal's consent, of course.

When I started hobbying, it was my first time using condoms in many years--and the lowered sensation (combined with not being a teenager anymore) was something of a disappointment.  Like mrfisher, I sometimes have trouble "getting there" when using condoms, and have to resort to other methods.

OTOH, I would never opt for BBFS, even if it was offered.  Just too much risk for me.  I've learned to accept the use of condoms as a cost of doing business--although I heartily endorse alternatives like female condoms and other aids--or just wrapping things up with "other methods"....

I will agree, I hate condoms too, but it beats the hell out of dying. I am on the opposite end of the spectrum from the OP, I have been with literally several thousand women over my fifty something years, what do you think my chances of not catching something that would have made my dick fall off years ago if it weren't for condoms?

and it feels a thousand times better, but having BB sex with hookers or girls you pick up in a bar is not the way to have a long and healthy life. The risk is real, but I am proof that you can fuck thousands of women without any adverse consequences if you use the big head first.

You might also consider the advice of HH, the female condom is the closest thing you can get to the feeling of BB, the first time I tried one, I swear I thought the girl was lying to me about having used protection. It felt great.

As a "World Class" hobbyist, I have enjoyed the hobby in Thailand and the Philippines. Yeah, nearly all the intercourse was bareback but I did not catch AIDS as well as many of my friends from San Diego including a medical doctor. I had sexual intercourse with on average 50 women per two week trip since the cost was roughly $25 per session including hotel room.

However, I do feel that condoms should be used for sexual intercourse if picking up street walkers in the US inner city since AIDS rates are very high in these areas from IV drug use.

Some of the newer "sensitive" or "barely there" condoms are great improvements over more traditional condoms.  I've used some that felt like putting a glad bag on your cock vs others that feel pretty good.   I've not tried a FC myself...but I am very interested for obvious reasons.  

May sound silly...but get an assortment of condoms and then try them with a fleshlight (or a provider if you have the coin to test condoms that way:) ).  You can definitely tell the difference.  Pick a winner and take them along to your sessions

I think that the hobbyists in the US would reap the benefits if the hobby was legal in the US. Gone would be the outrageous charges of $300 - $400 per session. The older providers would have to retire since they need to "hang their boots up."
