They did not cover the dick area. They were very uncomfortable and way too tight.

I know a few things about latex clothing and I can assure you that no one will tell you that latex products of this kind will prevent disease transmission. That would require FDA testing and approval and that is something no one will pay for. In other words, use at your own risk.
