I would like to thank all of you who contributed to my last post regarding the fake Paola Rey site.
After hiring a lawyer and a private dectective, we found out that Keith O'Connor is the person behind the ClubPaolaRey.com and other illegal sites. The company he worked for, Defiance Films, has fired him and responded to our lawyer's (Edward Hayes) inquiry about the site and they informed us that Keith had been using unauthorized material. He also had lied to them saying that all of the porn stars he had sites for were sharing in the revenue.
ClubPaolaRey.com is now redirected to another porn star's site which, needless to say, is owned by Mr. O'Connor.
Keith O'Connor has served time for fraud in the past, while living in NJ. In my opinion, it doesn't seem like he learned his lesson. According to my lawyer, if convicted again, he might be looking at several years in prison. I just hope that he is aware of the consequences and take further action in shutting down the official fake site completely nor using the same domain name to be redirected to another site.

Hi Paola, glad to hear your making progress in getting the site shut down. I saw your post on the FL board about visiting Tampa. When are you heading down here? You didnt give us any dates. lol There is some good suggestions on the thread there answering your questions about what to do and where to go. Maybe our schedules will match and we could possibly meet when your there. Have safe travels and be safe.

Contact the network provider and the host of the bogus site.
Let them know that you may consider actions against them as well as the guy that is running the fake site. You might also remind them that as they are a bigger target they may take a bigger hit.
I bet the fake site will be down in less than 24 hours.
At least that is what happens when other ladies I know have had this problem and contact the host.
As it is now ClubPaolaRey.com is forwarding requests to lukeford.com, I find that a little odd.
I have some advice here, which should be considered. Paola, you are advertising your services here as an Escort, you are being reviewed here by people for your services as an Escort. And by making posts about someone you have a problem with and having that posted on Gossip sites like lukeisback is only drawing attention to you and what you do for a living, attention that is more than likely not good for you. Escorting services should go 'under' the radar, not above it.
As for the website in question. You could sue, contact the networking company, but you would lose and have to pay damages yourself. And again, you would expose yourself and your current occupation. Here's why. Your name is not Paola Rey, it's a stage name. Actually in doing some research there is a mainstream South American actress named Paola Rey who has that name. So your real name is not Paola Rey and you have no legal rights to that name at all. If anything, you could be sued for using the name of a real person.
Secondly, I will assume that all the content of you used on ANY site would be content you shot and was paid for. You also signed a model release. That release says the owner of the content can do whatever they want with it, and you have no rights to the content or to what they do with the content.
They could put you on a box cover or website that says 'Paola Rey Is a Hooker' and there's nothing you can do about it, 1) because they own the pictures and you signed off on it and 2) because you are not Paola Rey and have no rights to the name.
I can buy 100 domain names with Paola Rey in the title, and it's not illegal. I can redirect them to 100 different places and it's not illegal or fraud. I can call if official, talk about updates and that's not illegal. Because you are not Paola Rey and you have given the Model Release holder the authority to use the images in any manner they wish.
Finally, if you contacted the 'authorities', I'll bet 50 to 1 that they could care less about a website that has model releases and legal content, but they WOULD care about what you do for living as displayed here on the Review!!
Lesson to be learned, don't take matters like this public, deal with them privately.
