I have participated in a few MFMs and I absolutely love it, of course, since I am the center of attention.  Just how I imagine a man would feel in a FMF.  In the situations I was involved in, the men did not touch each other at all, except for occassionally brushing up against each other.  And there is no way to avoid touching if a DP is performed.  You just need two men that are not 'cock shy'.  As for the male satisfaction, I think that depends on how open-minded and kinky the man is.  I've also been told if the male has a strong connection with the woman, he gets additional satisfaction by watching her being pleased.  

If your provider friends are so interested in this, I'm sure she already knows at least one guy that would be up for it.  (no pun intended)  If not, I know some LOL!
