It was tough enough getting 'GFE' defined. I still don't think people agree on a standard definition for THAT.
In trying to define 'non GFE', we need to be specific and avoid the rather vague expression 'FS'.
If I had to try, I'd say a non-GFE provider:

- does offer a well-performed and highly satisfying BJ

I don't think her rates should be any lower than those of a GFE girl of comparable looks, brains, and personality. By this definition, she actually offers added value: special appeal to guys who see her as a 'safer' date. Think about it.

Non gfe in its simplest terms is no exchange of any bodly fluids
I generally charge less for non gfe services as clients are less demanding.

If you ask any girl that you're looking for a Non-GFE then I'm sure most will say, "Hell Yeah,I can do that". I would think most girls would love to avoid the DFK, BBBJ and all the other GFE traits.
I dunno, is it that easy???
