I have experienced mostly older ladies (over 30) who will accommodate you fully, but seem rushed toward the end and expect more $ for extras.  Some will meet you on their day off, but it will cost you plenty!  It is best to deal with them as you would a business deal and not expect more.  She seems to hire the older ladies who have nothing else going for them, although they are educated to some extent and can have a halfway decent discussion with you, if that is what you want.  They even seem to be good actresses (if you know what I mean).
